Refund Policy
We encourage all buyers to order a production sample before placing bulk orders. If the sample arrives damaged, we offer a 100% refund to the original payment method.
For wholesale and private label orders, all refund and return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email your concern to support@theleatheraffairs.in with clear details and photos, if applicable.
We recommend buying insurance for any wholesale shipments.
